Job Description:

Scope of Position

Manage the overall function of the participant recruitment and job fulfillment process. Work with Business Services Manager to understand the qualifications and needs of employers. Actively recruit participants to fill all job orders.

Essential Functions

  • Implement recruiting processes and initiatives

  • Receive and review resumes of job applicants

  • Screen applicants for job openings

  • Communicate with team regarding position openings

  • Make suggestions for improvement to team

  • Communicate with Business Specialists regarding all postings and openings

  • Obtain all resumes and customer information forms for all applicants

  • Build and coordinate a pipeline of qualified job seekers through recruitment events

  • Plan, implement, and track customized recruitment projects to meet the specific needs of each employer

  • Assess jobseekers skills and job readiness

  • Reach weekly and quarterly goals

  • Track progress for weekly reports using appropriate database

Experience and Skills:

  • Two years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, account management or a related business relationship management capacity

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision

  • Good interpersonal skills         

  • Must be computer literate

  • Clean driving record and reliable transportation
