As Operations Support Specialist, you will provide support to the team including, but not limited to, clerical support, data entry support, front desk coverage, proofing and ensuring the sufficiency of referral options for participants.


Successful Elements:

  • Maintain resume and emergency contact database and emergency plans for the office

  • Conduct performance data tracking and analysis

  • Responsible for implementing and adhering to the Quality System

  • Provide support for reengagement and retention tracking and reporting

  • Perform non-routine tasks as necessary for the office

  • Provide front desk support, operational assistance, customer service assistance, troubleshooting, workshop support, and any other activities needed to support the operations of the center 

  • Greet visitors and participants 

  • Prepare materials/packages for mailing or overnight delivery

  • Perform data entry for all teams

  • Conduct special projects as assigned

Experience and Skills:

Required Experience:

  • Required to be an effective communicator, both written and oral

  • Experienced in answering telephones in a courteous, efficient and professional manner

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of various types of office equipment

  • Previous office experience required

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Excel and all Microsoft Office products


Required Education:

  • Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
