We are seeking compassionate and team-oriented individuals to join our spirited team.

As Career Services Manager, you will oversee a team of Career Navigators to ensure participants are receiving individualized service plans, follow-up and appropriate job readiness services. You will also provide support and assistance to participants in all areas related to gaining and/or retaining employment and career advancement.

Successful Elements:

  • Accurately complete required documentation for enrollment
  • Meet with participants and help identify employment and educational goals
  • Oversee participant activities and assist with workshop schedules
  • Provide referrals for educational or training programs
  • Offer resume and interview skills review, and provide feedback for participant next steps
  • Provide consistent follow-up and support to participants
  • Document all participant contacts and activities in case notes
  • Communicate information with appropriate team members and/or participants when applicable
  • Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with participants to aid in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment. This includes: assessment, individualized attention and coordination.
  • Ensure that positive outcomes and goals are met as required by contract
  • Support the Program Manager and create a positive culture for growth and success

Experience and Skills:

Required Experience:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts
  • Demonstrated telephone, computer and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or participant require
  • Customer service experience required, leadership experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
